Informal Resolution Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at info@vanersity.com and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
California Small Claims Court Either party may bring an individual claim in California Small Claims Court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits without first engaging in informal resolution.
Waiver of Class Actions TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
